Gameplay is slovv vvith bizarre collision detection, graphically it's Saturday-morning-T00N bad and not very good animated. Original coin-op games vvere not perfect, but they vvere - and still are - fun to play. Neon is not very fun and I'm pushing myself to squeeze the money I spent out of it to justify the purchase. At least it got a nice soundtrack.Verdict: 50/100
